I wanted to remind you that you all have to fill your part to the attached document about the interactive workshops you held. I agreed with Emilia that because this time of year can be very hectic it is ok to send the filled document back to me in January. But please remember to do this on January! ? All you have to do is fill up the information about the interactive workshops. Dont mind the digital tools part. Just the basic information about the workshops: when, where, how, for whom and what were the results and outcomes. Max one page / partner.

Dear all,
as I promised in Tartu, here comes the instructions how we will proceed with the interactive workshop phase.
Valonia will need to do the summary about the interactive workshops held and digital tools used in partners cities. That is why there is a word document attached and I need you to fill the basic information about your interactive workshops held. Basically the same information you presented in Tartu but written in word document. All is required is to fill the information about the interactive workshops. If using the digital tool has been part of your workshops please tell about that too but there is a chapter reserved for digitals tools only. Valonia will fill that based on the questionaire Anna has sent you.
So just the basic information about the workshops: when, where, how, for whom and what were the results and outcomes. Max one page / partner. Fill in your information and sent it to me by end of this year.
