We will mostly be concentrating on HEAT calculations and shortly on communication and campaigns, plus there will be a moment for administration. The schedule is under work, but regarding booking your travels: we will begin earliest at 9.00 on Thursday and finish on Friday at 15.00 the latest, possibly earlier.
Was anyone planning on bringing persons outside the project team related to HEAT calculations? If so, they can register too or at least let me know you’re planning this. Just make sure you have the budget for it and their contribution for the project is clear.
We will send you more information about hotel recommendations and the venues after finding out approximately how many of you are planning to come.
