Thank you for signing up for the HEAT project kick-off in Turku from May 16-18. Attached you will find the latest draft of the agenda for the kick-off. We are happy to host you for dinner on Wednesday May 16 at Roster restaurant. We are placing a group order and you have an option between the following two menus. Please let me know by Friday which you would prefer.
Menu 1:
Green asparagus, Pecorino crème and air dried duck breast
Grilled pulpo, Choy Sum and Sambal vinaigrette
Almond pannacotta, braised rhubarb and rhubarb sorbet
Menu 2:
Roster’s Ricotta, marinated tomato and pine nuts
Crispy cauliflower, peanuts and coconut
Almond pannacotta, braised rhubarb and rhubarb sorbet
I have also attached the HEAT project timeline that has been adjusted for the delayed start date. This will help guide our work the next 36 months.
