FW: HEAT-koulutuksen päivämääristä sopiminen

Hi everyone,

After start-up meeting with the project steering committee, we are happy to contact you to arrange suitable dates for coming HEAT-tool consultation with you.

Here is a short description of the plan for the consultation timetable divided in two parts:

1. As a first step, we are going to send you a short questionnaire about your needs and goals considering the consultation. After this we will meet with you in Skype to discuss the results of the questionnaire and to make sure the guidance in the Workshops will be targeted to your special needs. All this is planned still for the end of this year.

2. In the beginning of next year we organize the workshops, first in Turku and then in Tartu. Our second Skype meeting will be held after both Workshops, and includes further discussion and questions related to HEAT calculation and interpreting the results as well as collecting feedback from the consultation. Also throughout this project stage, for any questions on the use of HEAT that come up after workshops, e-mail consultation is provided.

We are suggesting the following timetable, that we have sketched according to the information about your wishes so far:

1. Identifying needs and goals for consultation:
A short questionnaire in November:in the end of November, far all participants
First Skype session in December:10.–14.12.2018 (week 50), far all participants

2. Workshops:
Workshop in Turku in January:14.–18.1.2019 (week 3), for participants from Turku and Stockholm
Workshop in Tartu in February:11.–15.2.2019 (week 7), for participants from Tartu and Jurmala
Second Skype session in March:4.– 8.3.2019 (week 10), far all participants

Please, let us know if this timetable is fine with you and if you have some dates during the suggested weeks that are not suitable. We hope to set the actual dates as soon as possible, and ask you to reply by Tuesday 27.11.2018. We will then soon confirm the dates of the consultation.

If you have any questions about the timetable, please feel free to contact us: Hannu Lehto (hannu.lehto@wsp.com) and Kaisuliina Vihanti (kaisuliina.vihanti@wsp.com).

Looking forward to meeting you all.
Best regards,
