Subject: RE: HEAT workshop in Tartu

Dear Mati,

Our Tartu HEAT-workshop is coming soon and we would like to confirm still the timetable of the day. Based on our transport connections, we suggest the following timetable:

9.00-12.00
    • Introduction and general about working with the HEAT-tool
    • Working with the calculations
12.00-13.00Lunch
13.00-15.00
    • Refining results of the calculations
    • Summarizing the calculations
14.00-15.00Option:
Workshop “open hour” for members outside HEAT project

Does this sound ok to you? We would be arriving to Tartu the night before the workshop and sleeping in a hotel a while before the workshop and our bus for the preferred ferry is leaving at 15:30. This is why we prefer to start the day early and finish by 15.00.

As Jurmala city may not be attending the seminar, there is also time to arrange a meeting with stakeholders in the end of the day. Just let us know if you consider this option a good idea, and if the “open hour” is possible to arrange on short notice.

We will book our trip to Tartu after we have confirmed the timetable, so we hope to hear from you soon 😊

Best regards,
Kaisuliina

Re: HEAT workshop in Tartu

Dear all.
We are a little confused.

We have agreed that we will have the HEAT tool
consultations by WSP on 14. February.
It will take place in Tartu and Jurmala will come too, if they find finance for that.
And the participants will be the HEAT project members.

After we have had the consultations and the skype meeting some da in March,
we will introduce the HEAT tool to Tartu stakehiolders, we will have the Tartu
Workshop.

Does WSP want to come to the Tartu Workshop besides it will come to the consultations in 14. February?

Or, did You mena that we should make the stakeholders workshop and WSP HEAT consultations as "Two in one" on 14. february?

HEAT workshop in Tartu

Dear Mati,

I ensured from Karolina that you have in your WP2 budget the money for Tartu workshop catering, materials etc.
So you can organize freely the HEAT workshop in co-operation with WSP Finland and Jurmala. Have you fixed the date yet?

Br,
Heli
