Subject: Memo of the study visit in Stockholm and other documents
Dear all,
thank you all for the interesting study visit and a project team meeting in Stockholm.
It was a pleasure to meet you all and have face-to-face time together to work on HEAT project.
Please find the following documents in attachments:
- Memo of the yesterday’s project team meeting – please review it and give us your comments until Wednesday 26.9.
- Memos from previous meetings (17.4.; 18.6. and 29.8.)
- Steering group memo (11.6.)
- Signed and scanned lists of participants from the study visit
- Partnership agreement – signed and scanned
- Presentations from Turku HEAT training
You will need those documents for reporting – please upload them to eMS when asked (Presentations from Turku are the deliverable for T2.1 – Workshop materials). Hans and Anna – as the report and article from the study visit are part of the deliverables to be provided in period 1 – please provide us with the story about the Biking Parade and presentations from the workshop (Hans) and article from the study visit (Anna) preferably by next Wednesday.
Everybody, please let Laura from Jurmala know about your availability in May 2019 for the seminar on HEAT results.
This will help us to find the best date for a meeting.
We at BRHCA have another project meeting in Brussels from 6th to 9th May 2019.
Please do not hesitate to contact us when questions about reporting etc. occur.
