Thank you very much for your comments to the Partnership Agreement.
Three changes were made:
- article 3.2 appoint Project coordinator -> appoint a Partner’s Project Manager/Project Coordinator
- article 16 – name of the court was corrected into District Court of Southwest Finland (Varsinais-Suomen käräjäoikeus).
- signing page – name of the partners are now written in full, not in abbreviation.
Please review the attached, corrected version of the agreement and send me your approval until 2.5.
After that I will confirm that the document is ready for signing from the legal representative.

Our project is now 9 days in the formal implementation and I am coming back to you with the signed Subsidy Contract.
I am also sending the partnership agreement for you checks and comments. The deadline is next Monday 16.4.
I propose the following procedure of signing – each organization’s legal representative will sign the last page 7 times and bring the document to the kick-off.
At the kick-off meeting, we will compile one Partnership agreement for each of the partner organization with all signatures.
