Dear Colleague,

Thank you for your email. Further to your request, please find attached a proforma invoice corresponding to the reservation fee due for your participation in our Structured Educational Visits to Schools and Training Seminars course in Iceland from 8th - 14th October 2023.

Deadline for payment: 13th June 2023. Please note that after the deadline without payment your provisional registration in the course will be cancelled.

Note: This course is in consolidation procedure at the moment therefore you should not make any travel arrangements until we receive your Reservation Fee payment and we email you the Definite Confirmation of your course. Please note that educational encounters with schools are included in our course. However, in the hypothetical case that, at the last moment, a school could not receive visitors due to any unforeseen or changing circumstances which might be out of the reasonable control of the receiving organisation at the time of the course, the programme will offer alternative training sessions. Please note that with the payment of the reservation fee participants totally accept this situation.

Payment procedure.

Step 1: Bank transfer.
Payment must be made by bank transfer in Euro to our Administration Office in Spain. You should be aware of bank commissions and make sure that the correct amount of money will arrive at the destination bank. Bank transfer must be made in Euro.

Step 2: E-mail a scanned copy of your transfer receipt to english@englishmatters.eu
Please make sure that your proforma number and your full name and surname(s) appear in the transfer receipt (very important in order to check payment).

Cancellation & Curtailment Policy during the consolidation procedure of the course and before confirmation:
--English Matters will refund the reservation fee of 250 Euro in case the course would not be confirmed.
--There is no refund if participants cancel their provisional registration.

Cancellation & Curtailment Policy once the course is confirmed.
--Cancellation up to 30 days prior to commencement date: Cancellation Fee €250 per participant
--Cancellation 30 days prior to commencement date or later: No refund.
--There is no refund if a participant fails to complete the programme.

Thank you for the response, particularly as I had not received the e-mail containing the enrollment and payment information.
I appreciate that you are able to prolong the payment deadline and I do confirm my intention to participate in the course. However, in order to proceed with the payment we would need a proforma invoice outlining the details (bank details, course etc). Could the payment instruction take the form of an official invoice that would be the grounds of payment?
I am looking forward to hearing from you and taking part in the course in the autumn.
