As the appeal was not submitted on the
District Court's decision (17th of October 2018), the decision of awarding
of Bewegen Technologies (15.05.2018) in the procurement of
public bike-sharing of Tartu City came
into force starting from 29th of October 2018.
In accordance with clause 13.2 of tendering
documents and clauses 6.2.4 and 6.2.5 of the draft agreement. Bewegen must
submit a guarantee
letter (in amount of 400 000 €) required
within 10 working days (no later than on the 14th of November) or deposit
EUR 400 000 to the Tartu City Government account
Then we can begin the contract signing
procedure.
